Shipping policy

Shipping Terms

  • Domestic Shipping: Rich Floral Studio LLC will cover the shipping costs for all orders within the contiguous United States, subject to a minimum order requirement. Additional shipping costs may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations.

  • International Shipping: Customers located outside the United States are responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to order fulfillment. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties and taxes associated with international orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, and will be communicated upon request.

  • Shipping Damage or Lost Goods: Rich Floral Studio LLC is not liable for any damage or loss once the product has been shipped. Customers should inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage within 14 days.

 

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks (10 business days) after the order is placed. In the event of a delay, we will notify the Customer immediately with a new estimated shipping date. If the delay is due to supply chain issues, production delays, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide updates but may not be able to offer an exact shipping date.
