Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the products, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the products, minus any applicable restocking fees. Restocking fees will apply for any product returned in non-resalable condition, such as damage to the product packaging or tampering. The fee will be determined based on the severity of the condition.

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders, including custom engraved clips, are not eligible for return or exchange due to the personalized nature of these products. As these items are made to order, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable.

  • Exchanges may be requested, but are subject to availability and approval.

 

Defective Products

In the event of defective products, the Customer must notify Rich Floral Studio LLC within 14 days of receipt. The Customer should provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy. If the product is confirmed defective, Rich Floral Studio LLC will offer a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on availability and the Customer’s preference. Defective products are not subject to restocking fees.

Defective items must not be altered or used before notifying Rich Floral Studio LLC, as alterations may affect the eligibility for a return or replacement.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the Customer may request to cancel the order. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours (2 days) from the order date to avoid a cancellation fee. After this period, orders may not be able to be canceled. If a cancellation is accepted, a cancellation fee will apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative processing costs, including restocking and transaction fees.

In the event the order has already been shipped, the Customer may return the products in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy (Section 4), subject to applicable shipping charges.
